Alexander Gorlin were hired to modernize and add additional floor on this rar 1950 glass faced, a family townhouse in Manhattan’s Upper East Side. As a result of large, open living area, on the first floor to kitchen overlooking the rear garden. Cantilevered staircase, flooded by daylight from a large skylight, master bedroom lead to the parents and two children on the second floor room, and continue with media room and two offices on the top floor.
